I think Molina is a game-changer. To me he’s by far the best defensive catcher in baseball. I feel like he’s a shortstop putting the gear on. His hands are that good, and he’s just that fluid. Every time I get a chance to watch him catch, I’m taking notes. … He’s a big reason for two championships. To me, St. Louis saw that and rewarded him with that contract.
